Droplet not moving file on Success

We are new to acrobat/droplets but have created a droplet to flatten transparency.  We would like to move the PDF to a different folder when that process is complete.   The On Success option isn't working and doesn't give much detail as to why it couldn't move the PDF.  Does anyone have an idea on what could be wrong.  We've attached a copy of the job and report.

Thanks in advance for your help.

To close the loop on this, I determined you have to set the droplet to run as an administrator (right click, properties, Compatibility, Run this program as an administrator) in order for it to have access to the destination folders.

This may not really answer the question, but you should be aware that this droplet creation window is misleading: in all cases the file is not "moved", it is "copied" into the succes/error folder.

I would settle for a copy as long as it gets to the other folder, I can handle the rest.  But, it's not even doing a move or a copy.
