Duplicate multiple pages

hello! Is there a way to duplicate pdf pages that is more precise than copy/paste in "organize pages"? I have over 150 multi-page documents and I have to be specific.
example: 20-page document
Page 1: 20x
Page 2: 27x
Page 3: 17x
Page 4: 31
….
If I do it manually, the risk of error is huge.

A small tool like in the picture would be very useful in Acrobat! (Screenshot from a tool we can find in "quite imposing" but i cant afford it because of the price ...900$US)
