We're using Adobe Acrobat Pro. I initiate an E-sign document but it's never received at either a Yahoo or Gmail address. When I check the status in my online account, i select In Progress under Agreements and it shows "Out of signature."
How do I fix this?? Why aren't my documents getting emailed to Yahoo addresses?

Did you receive a response back on this issue? I am having an issue sending Adobe Sign documents to Yahoo email addresses, I'm receiving an "undeliverable" email response that the email could not be sent. I'm not having any issues sending docs to gmail email addresses just yahoo.

Thank you for reaching out.
Please ensure that you have added the correct email address and the email account is active.
Ask the recipients to check their respective email accounts' spam or trash folder. Also, if there is more than one signer and you have selected a sign-in order, the first signer will receive the document. Once the first signer completes the document, it will be sent to the next one.
If the document is undeliverable, it might be an issue with the account. Please check if you can send the document to an alternate Yahoo email address.
Let us know if that is not the case. We will get it checked.

I am also having this issue with yahoo and also iCloud. G mail works fine so does outlook.
