If you are referring to Adobe Acrobat Sign documents you receive after signing, then it is not possible.

Currently, you have only the option to save the files automatically to Box.com and Evernote. Please refer to the information provided on the following help page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/send-the-signed-document-automatically...
