E-Sign signature sending back sideways

I use e-sign for work and lately everytime I send a document the signature is sent back sideways and cut off. It never did this before and I don't know how to fix it. I've tried rotating the document in the edit feature and then sending it for signature and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
