E-sign template changes centre text alignment to right text alignment

I have created some E-sign PDF form templates that require senders to prefill text boxes before sending the document for signature.

A recent update to Adobe E-sign changes the text alignment from centre to right even though the format is preset to 'centre' alignment in the form when using the template. During the process of sending the document to be signed, the text is right aligned in the 'Prepare document' step.

Help needed!!!
