@destiny_2025  First, it's worth verifying your internet connection to ensure it's stable and functioning correctly, as a dropped connection could interrupt the service. You might also want to check the Adobe status page (yes, Adobe does have a public-facing status page where users can check the current status of various Adobe services, including those related to Acrobat and e-signing. You can access it directly at: https://status.adobe.com to see if there are any known widespread outages or maintenance periods affecting their e-signing services). If the issue persists after confirming your connection and checking for outages, try clearing your browser's history, cache and cookies, as outdated data can sometimes interfere with web applications. As a final local troubleshooting step, restarting your computer can often resolve temporary software glitches. If none of these actions resolve the "temporarily unavailable" message, the issue likely lies with Adobe's servers, and unfortunately, the best course of action is to wait and try again later, as the message suggests.

Hi @destiny_2025

In addition to what the expert @creative explorer has mentioned, if your machine is connected to closed network or office network. You may ask your IT Helpdesk to process access to these domains: https://adobe.ly/4ipzBaa

Tried all of those steps multiple times, and waited a few hours.  Still getting the "temporarily unavailable" error message.
