E-Sign vs Fill & Sign

Both my co-worker and I have Adobe Acrobat Pro. We have the same version, which is the latest version. When opening the same documents, we see a different menu option.

On my Adobe menu, I see the option "E-sign" but my coworker sees "Fill & Sign." When we click each button, they open the same menu and the same options, just with different titles. Why are the menu titles different?

There are no issues with options. Both will work the same way. One account might not updated.

Please share the current version number for both applications. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html.
