E-signature language problem

When I write a doc in English and send it for preparation it goes to echosign.jp.  When I open the document that is sent to me the instructions are in Japanese.  How can I get Adobe pro to provide the instructions in English? - without having to change my location with a VPN.

Thank Rick for the prompt reply.  The bottom right hand corner displays a number of options in Japanese but none to change the language used.
