I have seen others post about this and my account is active - please see attached image. Not sure why it's unavailable?

We have checked the account using the email address mentioned in the screenshot above. Your Adobe account is active. However, the Acrobat Sign account shows as inactive. 

It seems that this email address has been used before for Acrobat or the Acrobat Sign (maybe for your previous organization). Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4497Ij8
