Early termination fee

I got stuck in this too. $109 to cancel a service that I tried, and paid $19 for the first month. Ok, it did agree to pay $19 for the first month, but I didn't see the $109 cancellation fee coming. I will never use an Adobe product again in the future. It is a shame because some of their products are great, but this these fees are ridiculous.

These fees are half of the remaining due for the year. You promised to take an annual subscription. Early termination fees are not due for a more expensive monthly subscription. That's it. And it's in the terms and conditions, you agreed upon, when you took the subscription.

All this is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, that you explicitly accept when you take a subscription. You also get sent this by e-mail when you take a subscription.

As a side note: It's not $100+ to cancel, but as you took an annual plan, and you do not keep your promise to stay subscribed for a year, Adobe charges you half of the remaining due for early cancellation.
