Edit PDF issue using Adobe Acrobate DC Pro

New Here ,
Feb 27, 2022 Feb 27, 2022

Hi,

I have purchased Abobe Acrobate DC Pro subscription yesterday, and have downloaded the desktop app and made Acrobate DC as the default controlling App.

Yet, when I go to Edit PDF section I get a Pop-Up message that says:" More tool components are being installed. We'll let you know when you can use the tool".

This is still the case since yesterday (more that 34 hrs).

Note: I am still on the Free 7 days trial period, but as I mentioned I have already subscribed o the service.

Can anyone help and advise how to resolve this issue?

Below is a screenshot of the Pop-up message

Thank you Cristina for sharing your feedback. Probably we should contact Adobe Support. If they don't resolve this probably we should file a compaint for a Fraud transaction

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I got that warning on one of my laptops, but it only took about 5 minutes.

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch.

Here is a download link:
