I'm unable to edit my resume even after the purchase. How can I do this?

You should do your editing in the "original" document... MS Word or InDesign or any word processor of your choice... and then only convert to PDF when you are done, to then send the PDF file out to possible employers

i have no idea what that means. i have never used ai and dont want to. i need to take 1 number oout of a resume and i have been trying to do this for 3 hours crying

This has nothing to do with AI... What exactly are you trying to achieve, and what is happening when you do so?

Also, how did you create the original file?
