Hi! Im wondering if it is possible to Edit a pdf that has been sent to an email? If yes, how can you view if any changes have been made?

Yes, PDF's can be edited if they do not have a PW to prevent it. To see the changes, open Acrobat Pro and choose Tools >  Compare Files. Details here: .

I've moved your post from Using the Community to Acrobat Pro.

Hi Jane! Thank you for the reply! Would you know if a pdf sent through docusign and as an attachment in an email can be edited afterwards and if the edits would be available in the pdf attachment already sent in the past email? If yes would it be possible to somehow see what the edits are?

If the file is digitally signed editing it will invalidate the signature (unless it's done by filling in form fields or adding comments, and the signature allows for that). You can right-click the signature and select "Compare current version with signed version" to see those changes highlighted.
