Edit Text in the new Adobe version

What is up with this new version of Adobe - it is worthless - absolutely worthless.  Try editing text on something like a table with a lot of data, you cannot.  I am so frustrated with this new version I could scream and we're paying for a garbage app that no longer allows you to edit.

If anyone knows how to actually make it work in a table format, please let me know.  I've used Adobe for over 20 years and up until this latest version it has been intuitive.  This version is uncapable of doing what millions of users need it to do.  The programming engineers or Stuey-Headed big wigs need to be terminated immediately and bring back the old guard that actually made a product that worked.

Shame on Adobe!

You can use the Edit PDF tool in the Tools pane to select and modify the text in the Table. You can also resize, rotate, and move the text box as needed. To format the text, you can use the Format tools in the Content Editing panel. You can use the Select Table tool in the Edit PDF toolbar to select the entire table or a part of it, and then copy and paste it into another application, such as Microsoft Word or Excel. There, you can edit the text format of the table as you like, and then copy and paste it back into the PDF. You can use the Edit Object tool in the Edit PDF toolbar to select the table as an image, and then right-click and choose Edit Using to open it in an image editor, such as Photoshop. There, you can edit the text and the table as an image, and then save and close the image to update the PDF.
