Editing an existing PDF document.

Question

I opened a document that I have been editing and updating every month or so. This time I can't edit the document at all; whether I use "Fill and Sign" or Edit a PDF, or simply try to put cursor where I want to change text. I am getting a strange message that I don't understand. It reads as follows:

"Unable to process the page because the Page Capture Recognition Service experienced an error. (1000)."

Can someone help me please!
