Embedded Font

Hello,

I am trying to upload a pdf file to a system; however, it says that the font is not embedded. I wanted to note that I checked the entire document and cannot find the font that it claims I have in there. I have tried literally everything to embed this particular font and nothing is working. I even tried starting over with the document and it still showed up. I really need some help to figure this out.

How are you creating the PDF?

Have you tried using an Acrobat preflight fixup to embed the fonts? Tools> Print Production> Preflight> Fixups.

Where did you get the font? some free fonts will not allow embedding. Adobe provides some free fonts to subscribers of the CC.

In Acrobat, go to File> Properties> Fonts, all fonts should say embedded or embedded subset.
