Embedded video lagging in Adobe Acrobat Reader

Hi,

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to put the video inside PDF. It works fine but when I give the file to my friend, he doesn't have Adobe Pro, so he used Adobe Reader instead and the video is lagging alot. What can I do about that for him to see the video without lagging.

When you mention that you "give the file" to your friend, did you mean to say to share or email the file?

If yes, how exactly is the PDF being shared between you and your friend (i.e. saved to a cloud space service?

Yes, I meant to say share the file to my friend. I have tried using both Microsoft teams and Email, both have same issue
