Endless Sign-in loop only for Adobe DC

Hello,

Every time I open Adobe DC, I am prompted to sign in. I click sign in, a window says that I am licensed and good to go, and then it asks me to sign in again.

I have Windows 10. I have the latest version of Adobe DC installed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times.

Still, the problem persists.
