Enlarging (zoom in) PDFs on Touchscreen Monitor (using two finger pinch)

I bought a Alogic Clarity Max Touchscreen Monitor.

I have Adobe Pro and am unable to enlarge (zoom in) PDFs by using touch (two finger pinch) on the touchscreen monitor.

I can enlarge PDFs (using a two finger pinch) on my Surface pro screen, but am not able to do this on the touchscreen monitor.

I can enlarge other programs on the touchscreen monitor (using a two finger pinch) such as Word, Internet, jpeg, but I can't enlarge PDFs on the touchscreen monitor using a two finger pinch.

Does anyone know how I can enlarge PDFs on my touchscreen monitor?

Also, ensure that the touch mode settings are kept at "Always" if you regularly use touch screen for your documents.
