Enter License/ Serial Number in Acrobat 12.0

Hi I have had Acrobat 12.0 installed on my computer and suddenly the features stopped working and I get an error message "This feature is not included in your current license".  I am assuming my serial number bounced off?  I cannot find anywhere to enter it.  I am on a Mac 10.11.6.  On the Adobe app home screen it says my trial has expired and to click the Buy Now button.  When I click on the button it takes me to an adobe website to purchase the software, but there is no options to enter an existing serial number?  Ive gone through all the toolbar options and it doesnt give any option to register software.  I have the install disk, tried uninstalling and re-installing and it doesn't ask for the serial number like it use to when I originally installed the software.

Does anyone know how to enter the serial number on Acrobat 12.0?  thxx so much for your help;))

Hi Hilary

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

As mentioned you have the install disk for the Acrobat application, please try to run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once and try to reinstall the application using the installer disk and check if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC nd try using the application there and check .

Regards

Amal
