Envelopes are printed alternate upside down and straight

Hi,

For some unknown reason on my Canon MX922 envelopes are printed alternate correct and upside down

This does not happen on any laser printer

If this is happening only on one particular laser printer model, I would check on whether the printer driver is properly configured and/or whether you have the latest printer driver for the device. Given that this particular printer model is not a PostScript printer, Acrobat doesn't do anything that would cause the symptoms you describe. All printer control is performed by the driver, not the application.

You may need to contact Canon for further assistance.
