Error 1723 when installing Acrobat Pro 11.0.19 upgrade?
Earlier today I was upgrading Acrobat Pro on multiple standalone Windows 7 64-bit computers to version 11.0.19 from 11.0.18. It worked perfectly on all machines except one. On that machine I kept getting the following message: "Error 1723: There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action ISSetupFilesExtract, entry: SFStartupEx, library: C:\Windows\system32\config\SYSTEM~1\AppData\Local\Temp\MSI2F2A.tmp." Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
