error 1907

While installing AA, I keep getting Error 1907. Could not register font. Verify that you have sufficient permission to install fonts and that the system supports this font.

Running Windows 10.  Did not have that problem on my initial download.  This problem occurs on a new computer (exactly same model as the original one).
