Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and check.

 

Let us know how it goes.

Hey Zack With A Wack! 

 

You probally have more then 1 version of Acrobat installed:

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and delete multiple/ all versions of your adobe programs.  

 

Or use the AcroCleaner tool for Acrobat

Probably you have more then one version of Acrobat installed.
