ERROR AL CONVERTIR JPG A PDF

Al querer convertir un JPG a PDF o combinar Pdfs, lo hace como si fuera el negativo de una fotografia. Adjunto imagen. No se como solucionarlo. Me ocurre en el Adobe Acrobat DC on line, en la web. Pago por la membresia. Gracias.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

     

    Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF form image file? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular JPG file or with all the files? Please try with a different JPG file and check.

    Also, please share the JPG file in question so that we can check it at our end.

     

    You may also try to create the PDF from the Acrobat File menu > Create > PDF from file and check if that helps.

    Also, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/overview-pdf-creation.html and see if that works.
