Buenas tardes,
Podrías ayudarme a solucionarlo

Hi Toma
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
Please try the steps below and see if that works for you:
1. Select the Acrobat > Preferences menu item
2.Select Signatures from the Categories list box
3.Click the More button in the Verification group box (second from the top)
4.Deselect the Require certificate revocation checking to succeed whenever possible checkbox
5.Click the OK button on the Signature Verification Preferences dialog
6.Click the OK button on the Preferences dialog
You may also chekout the correct answer marked in the similar discussion - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/quot-the-credential-selected-for-signing-i... and see if that works for you.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.2.20212 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing to sign the PDF? Are you using any device for the signatures? if yes, please make sure the device version is updated to its recent release.
Also please go through the similar discussions listed below and see if that works:

Dear Amal,
I didn't see your response before.
I am still with the same problems.
My Adobe Acrobat Reader es version 2022.003.20281
My Macbook Pro is Apple M1, with Mac Os Ventura.
When i wrote my message in September, i had the previous OS version.
But all is the same...
I have to ask a windows pc to sign things for me.... this is not good..
Thank you in advance.

It has passed months, in some cases years, with this issue and i don't see Adobe solve it.
All i see is that Adobe in Mac wants me to pay its subscription to sign documetns i can not sign! and in windows they don't pay for the same use and they can sign documents!
this is not normal.
I am very very disapointed.

We have got the update from our development team as follows:
Acrobat is doing as expected. It follows the table given at link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/DigSig/changes.html#id2. The table itself is based on open standard RFC 5280 . This behavior has stayed the same for past many years.
The end-users should approach their CA to get the digital ID issued with correct combination of KU and EKU.
