Error! Bookmark not defined. - Converting Word doc to PDF - using mail merge

I am converting a large number of Word docx (20) to PDF using Mail Merge

 

One by one works, but using Mail Merge to PDF for all of them then the TOC reflects Error! Bookmark not defined.
