Error Combining "Conversion Failed" - Combining PDF and Photos

Community Beginner ,

I keep getting an error when combining pages into a PDF using the cloud PDF service. I am combining a PDF with JPG images. It was working fine for me for the last year, and all of a sudden it is giving me this error. Anyone have any ideas?

Are these the same PDFs that you were working with as of  last week with no problems, or are these PDFs a different set of PDF files that you are working with for the first time?

I am wondering, that if these are new files that you haven't combined before, I would say to check if they have any type of editing restrictions, or are encrypted with password, certified  with a digital  signature, or produced by other software like XFA forms in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, for example.

Are you referring to trying to combine files using Acrobat Online Tools services?

This is what it looks like and it says "an error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF" That is all it tells me and it gives no reason for it, and I am not able to click on the error message or the little icon. Everything was working perfectly fine for me just last week, and I didn't change anything I'm doing.

Thank you!! Through process of elimination I found out that, at least I believe, the documents were being downloaded from a third party that seems to be putting a restriction on them. I am still looking into this, but the weird thing is that I have had absolutely no issues with this for the last year with the downloads, so i'm not sure exactly what changed within this last week. Possibly an update or something.
