I'm often sent pdf map files created using ArcGIS. Sometimes they open fine and other times they won't open on my laptop Acrobat Pro Version 2020.006.20042. I've tried to open using Adobe Reader but no luck. I can open them on my phone so it is not an issue with the file. Please help. I've attached the PDF file in question.
