Error in using the signature feature on Google Drive

I just installed Adobe Acrobat Reader from Google suite marketplace to use on Google drive and can't activate the signature feature. The error message has session ce713573-61a8-4e51-9513-311ed114c727. My Adobe account is free so I couldn't get help from live chat.

What is your system?

As of my knowledge, the signature feature is not a free feature.

Thanks for your comment. My system is windows 11. You might be right but that doesn't mean it's normal to have this error. I am able to use the fill & sign feature on the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, not on Google drive, with a free acount. My actual question is if the fill & sign feature is available on this Google drive version. Please see the screenshots:
