Hi team.  I just purchased the Adobe Acrobat professional 2020 for my Mac and lately am having issues.   The application installs fine with the dmg file and allows me to enter the licence number, says installation is finished sucessfully.  When try to open the app it will say that need to sign in.  I open the link to do sign in but then will open a window that says in the top "Acrobat Licensing Application" but it's fully blank otherwise, will stay there without any progress.  Have de-installed and re-installed the program several times, always get the same error.  Any ideas?   Screens shown below

Hi @Francisco3146501264s5

When you sign in to Acrobat on macOS using an Adobe ID, the Acrobat Licensing Application dialog hangs or shows a blank white screen. The issue occurs when the directory permissions are modified when you migrate or upgrade from the older operating system to the latest macOS 10.15 version.

Please try the solution-1 given in this help article here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/licensing-application-hangs-mac.html

If it doesn't help, then proceed with Solution-2 and provide the appropriate permission to the OOBE folder.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Akanchha
