Error message "This application was unable to start correctly"

I receive the above message when my PC stats and when I open Adobe. Clicking on the message it reapears several more times and then disappears for a while but eventully reappears

Sorry for the troubled experience. There is no information about the product mentioned in your issue description. 
Adobe is a Company, not a product. Is it Acrobat, Reader, or Photoshop? What version of Acrobat is it, and what OS do you have?

 

Assuming this is Acrobat and this issue is happening every time you launch the product, try uninstalling it using the cleaner tool: https://adobe.ly/3FdWXBQ

 

Let us know more details about the issue if the issue persists.
