I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. when I want to print a word file to PDF, got the following error message:

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
Calibri not found, using Courier.
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: xshow ]%%

Stack:
-dict-
-file-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

Please advise how to solve this issue. Thank you.

In addition to @J E L 's tip, while you're in there, Click Edit beside your Default Settings > Fonts > "When embedding fails": If it is currently set to "Cancel job", change to "Warn and Continue". It won't solve your font issue, but at least it will make a PDF that you can look at to see where it went wrong.

Hi @Dan_163, have you checked your PDF printer settings? From within the Word file, when you go to print to PDF, look at the PDF Settings first. Do you have "rely on system fonts" checked? If so, try unchecking the box to see if Calibri will print.
