Error "Error 1335 .The cabinet file 'PCW_CAB_ACR' required for this..." when updating to 24.002.2075

I receive the following error message error message during the update to 24.002.2075.

For anyone still encountering this, it seems we found a solution:

The MSP we got from the Acrobat_DC_Web_x64_WWMUI.zip differed from the one on the patch page and did indeed work for us.

So try downloading the full installer and extracting the patch from there.

Same problem for us when trying to apply Acrobat Pro 24.002.20759. Win11 Ent. (EN-US).

We also run into this Problem on Windows 11 Edu 64 Bit (german OS).

We get the same error trying to install AcrobatDCx64Upd2400220759.msp on on Windows 11 Pro 64 Bit (german language version).

I've got the same error in my test environment with Windows 11 64-bit an german layout and stoped the rollout.

We get the same error when we try to upgrade Adobe Acrobat Pro DC x64 (continious release) from 24.002.20687 (April 2024 planned update) to 24.002.20759 (May 2024 planned update). Tried on 3 computers in our test environment.

 

Same problem on Windows 10 Education and Windows 11 Education (x64 on both platforms). We have support ticket opened with Adobe and are awaiting their reply at the moment.
