Error: "Missing PDFMaker files" when trying to create Excel PDF from right-click

I have Adobe Acrobat XI installed on a Windows Server 2008R2 running Citrix.

Opening any file and using Save As or the Adobe add-in works to create PDFs.

However, when right-clicking on a file, an error is generated and the PDF is not created.

With Word files the following error is shown:

With Excel files it is this message:

We have tried repairs, as well as a complete uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists.

This happens whether logged directly into the machine or connecting through Citrix.

Please help.

Could you please tell what version of MS Office do you have?

What Operating System do you have?
