Hi all,
My struggle is that my Brother Copier/Printer/Scanner suddenly stopped working when I scan multiple pages at once into one file.
No major updates had taken place from yesterday to today, and yet it suddenly didn't want to create these documents.
When this happens, I get the following screenshot:

When I try to save and exit the program, I get this pop up:

Please help.

Thanks!

I am running Update Version : 21.007.20099 and this just started today. Cannot scan more that the first page in a multiple page stack of documents.

*First page scans, then all remaining pages will not show up in Pro DC, althought the scanner continues to scan the remaining pages.

* Seems like this has been an ongoing issue based on the threads and other information.*

Printer is HP Officejet Pro 9025e (all driver and software up to date). Scanning over wifi. As I stated above everything was working fine (able to scan multiple pages from this printer/scanner into Pro DC not issues.) until today.

I hooked up the printer via printer cable and downloaded the drivers as the HP app doesnt do this automatically. Can scan multiple pages now, but Adobe complains with an error message: Execption Processing Message 0xc0000139 - Unexpected parameters. Error message occurs after every scanned page,  after the first page.

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble and the experience. As described you are not able to scan more than one page

We need some more information for a better understanding

  • Have you started experiencing this issue after installing the recent update for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC? What is the version of the application you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

  • Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to scan? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

  • Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS?

  • What is the make and model of the printer/scanner? Also, please check for any missing updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating them and check if that makes any difference.

Regards

Amal

Having the same problem with a windows 10 operating system and a Brother MFC-J6710DW printer with all updates and my Adobe version is 2020.009.20063. This just started a couple of weeks ago, was scanning well prior to that. WIll freeze on every attempt to scan a document from the Brother printer indo a PDF if it has more than 1 page. One page does fine. What should I do? Waiting on hold on the phone for a support engineer has proven to be pointless and a waste of time.

That's the exact same problem I'm having: what printer do you have?

Contact tech support.  They need to roll you back to the previous version.
