Error when selecting a tool.

I have a user who has an Adobe Liscense that is receiving an error everytime they select a tool.

 

Whether it's selecting 'Edit a PDF' or 'Fill and Sign' for example, the following message pops up. 

 

"You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT admin for more details."

 

I had the user sign out of Adobe and sign back in, and is still met with the same error.

 

Any help on this is greatley appriciated. Thanks!
