Error while processing document - Adobe Document Generation API

Question

Hi,

I've been trying for a couple of days to generate documents with Adobe tags. Everything seems to fail once I click on 'generate document'. Are there any other alternatives to using Word with the Adobe plugin in order to generate the docs?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
