Errore installazione Acrobat pro Cloud

Buongiorno, quando provo ad installare acrobat pro (cloud) mi viene proposto questo errore (su più PC in ufficio)

Sembra che la vecchia installazione di acrobat 2017 non si sia rimossa bene ma non è cosi visto che me lo propone su piu macchine
