even pages print letters upside down

When printing in duplex, the letters on the even pages are upside down. The problem occurs when printing PDF only. Word prints perfectly fine. Please see the attahced JPG as for an example.

Has anyone come across the same and sorted the issue?

I have tried the following to resolve the problem:

* reinstall the printer driver

* reinstall the printer firmware

* reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

* I have reset preferences for Acrobat (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...)

My software is the following:

* Windows 10 Pro, version 20H2, build 19042.1586

* Adobe Acrobat Reader, file version 22.001.20085.0

Dear Eric,

Thanks for your swift follow up. Please see the screen captures below.

In addition to the actions in my first post, I also tried to 'Print As Image' in the Advanced Print Setup. For verification - I printed the same document from another laptop, which resulted in a flawless print.
