Export a PDF not working in new August 2023 Acrobat Pro

I have a PDF File that I would like to export as a PNG.  I use to be able to go to the File menu, then to Export, then Acrobat would give me multiple file type options to export the PDF.  However in the new August 2023 update, I can go to the new "Menu" at the top left of Acrobat, then down to the option "Export a PDF"...but nothing happens after that.  There is a ">" symbol next to the words "Export a PDF" that signifies that the menu should open up to a sub-menu, but nothing happens when I'm hoovering over it with my mouse...or clicking on "Export a PDF".  I've even tried getting to the menu using my keyboard instead of my mouse, but still no submenu pops open.   I'm able to open the sub-menus to all the other menu items that have a ">" next to them...just not the "Export a PDF". 

 

Please help!  =(

    You can either disable the new UI (see: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/why-change-everything/m-p/14035242#M425921

     

    or if you wish to stay in the new UI, first click on All tools, then Export a PDF

    Then from there you can select how you want the PDF to be exported
