Export PDF Data to another PDF Form

I have 2 PDF Forms. They are practically identical. (Just some field formatting adjustments)

I'd like to Export the Data from one, and then Import it into the other.

I'm not sure which format is best to Export it to in order to be able to Import it to the other.

What's important is that the fields have the same name in both documents, so you can easily export/import the data.
