Exporting MS Word to a PDF

Hi.. I have Office 365 and also Adobe Acrobat PRO DC.  When I export a word document to a PDF my changes aren't coming across.  For instance... I have this word document... I changed some of the text to red.  I have a red strike through... I also have some sentences underlined in red.  When I export to a PDF none of my changes come across.  Thanks!

I figured it out.  It was a setting inside MS Word.  I clicked on Acrobat at the top of the page.... then went to Preferences.... and then selected to Restore Defaults.
