My Acrobat Reader DC is Continuous Version 2021.007 64-bit, Windows 10.

 

However, I wonder where is the URL for a list font pack for different OS.

I am using a 64-bit OS and 64-bit Acrobat Reader.

 

 

 

 

And this is the error message I see from using the link you provide.

Please try to install the 64 bit font pack from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/basics.html and see if that works for you.
