Extra monthly payments autodeducted

My monthly bill is SGD$20, issued by Digital River Ireland, Ltd for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with services (one-year). But my debet card charges are S$20.20, extra 20 cents auto deducted every month. Also for Adobe Designer Cloud, the deduction is S$49.49, but the invoice is only S$39.00, extra 39 cents Have you experienced that? How to claim back or contact Digital River Ireland, Ltd?
