Fail to convert PDF to PDF\A

In order to change PDF to PDF/A

I try to use the way in this website:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-x-pdf-a-pdf.html

The way is:

Tools > PDF Standards

and Save As PDF/A

However, I fail to convert my pdf to pdf/a because it says "could not copy file C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Preflight\OutputIntent ....." like the image below.

P.S. "預檢" means "preflight". And "確定" means "ok".

I use windows 11(update to the newest), asus laptop and adobe acrobat pro 64bits.

Besides, I have tried to install adobe again. And I even try to install adobe acrobat pro 32bits.

All of this can not work.

What's wrong with me?
