  • I deleted over half my stuff that was on it adobe already and its saying limit exceeded. I dont use a computer so I cant see the stuff you are talking about.

We are sorry to hear that. As described above you are not able to save to document cloud as it says 'Limit Exceeded'

 

Checking into the details with the email you are using on this community, we see that you have over exceeded the limit of  2GB of free cloud storage and consumed 2.56 GB. Please clear some data or move it to your local hard disk in order to store data on cloud.

 

Check your current storage usage on the Creative Cloud website.

 

  • View your used storage in the lower-left corner of the page.

 

  • Hover the mouse over your storage usage to view the total available cloud storage.
