falscher Name in der Acrobat Kommentarfunktion

If Adobe Acrobat is displaying an incorrect name in the comment function, you can change the default author name for comments by following these steps:

1. Disable the Use of Log-In Name for Author Name:

   • Go to Menu> Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat > Preferences (Mac).
   • Select the Commenting category.
   • Uncheck the option "Always use Log-In Name for Author name".
   • Click OK to apply the changes.

2. Set the Desired Author Name:

   • Create a new comment or select an existing one.
   • Right-click the comment and choose Properties.
   • In the General tab, enter your preferred name in the Author field.
   • To apply this name to all future comments of this type, check the box labelled "Make Properties Default".
   • Click OK to save your changes.
