FedEx / UPS Shipping Labels Too Small?

All of a sudden, my Acrobat started printing FedEx, UPS, and USPS labels too small. When I create shipping labels online with the respective shipping company, the pdf file I receive when pulled up in acrobat looks and prints reduced in size. I don't know why it only affects these types of labels. Is there an adjustment somewhere I can change? All my other pdf documents print fine. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

Can you confirm if this started happening after the last November update of Acrobat Pro DC?

Which version of Acrobat do you have?

And does the problem still manifest event if you click on "Help" --->> "Repair Installation?

I haven't printed any shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, or USPS for the past 3 months. Prior to that everything worked great.

My Adobe Acrobat version is 2020.013.20064

I tried "Repair Installation" twice but still comes out in a reduced size.

What options do you have selected in the Print dialog?

You should check the print dialog in Acrobat. Make sure you select Actual Size as opposed to either Fit, Shrink oversized pages, or Custom Scale.
